Online Swim Assessment Inclement Weather Policyĭuring inclement weather, the DCRC facilities maintain normal operating hours unless directed otherwise by the City Manager. Should the participant need to transfer to another level, availability within the current session is not guaranteed and a partial refund will be issued if other sections are unavailable.
